3. User Accounts

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Important: Trail information on WornSole is provided by community members and may not always be accurate or current. Conditions can change rapidly due to weather, natural events, or other factors.

• Always verify trail conditions before your hike
• Check with local authorities for closures or restrictions
• Prepare adequately for outdoor activities
• Assess your own abilities honestly
• Carry appropriate safety equipment

WornSole is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using trail information from our platform.

6. Trek Organizers

WornSole features verified trek organizers who offer guided experiences. While we verify basic information about organizers:

• We do not guarantee the quality or safety of their services
• Bookings and transactions are between you and the organizer
• You should conduct your own due diligence
• Disputes should be resolved directly with the organizer

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, copy, or harvest data without permission
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Circumvent any security features
