1. What WornSole is
WornSole is a search and comparison tool. We display fares supplied by third parties (via Travelpayouts / Aviasales) and link you to airlines and online travel agencies ("partners") where you complete your booking. We are not a travel agent, we are not party to any booking contract, and we do not handle payments.
2. Prices and availability
Fares are supplied by partners and may change at any time. Cached prices can be up to several days old. The price and conditions shown on the partner's site at the time of booking are the ones that apply. Always check baggage, change and refund rules before you pay.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape it or attempt to break its security.
4. Price alerts
Alerts are a convenience feature provided "as is". We do not guarantee that every price change will be detected or that an alerted fare will still be available.
5. Acceptable use
- No automated scraping, bulk querying or reselling of our data.
- No attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls or affiliate tracking.
- No unlawful, harmful or misleading use.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WornSole is not liable for partners' services, flight changes or cancellations, or losses arising from reliance on displayed prices. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
